Accidental Spills or Discharges
If there is a spill or accidental discharges of toxins or pollutants into the SCS, your facility shall immediately contact the City of Apopka, with information regarding:
What has been spilled or discharged?
How much has been spilled or discharged?
What time did the spill or discharge occur?
What actions are being taken to clean up the spill and stop the discharge of any further chemicals, toxins, or other pollutants into the SCS?
