Water Conservation Incentive Program Application

  2. Rebates are for approved upgrades of existing irrigation system. Rebates do not include sales tax. Please allow up to 14 days to process application.

  5. Rain Sensor Agreement

    I agree to have the City issued Rain Sensor installed within 30 days and contact the City’s Public Services Department to inspect the installation. The rain sensor will be installed in a location where it will receive unobstructed natural rainfall and be set to override the irrigation system at one half inch of rainfall or less. I understand that a $20 fee will be applied to my utility bill if the above requirements are not completed.

  6. Funding for this incentive program is limited to available resources. Incentives are processed on a first come, first served basis. The City may deny any application that does not meet all of the program requirements. The City reserves the right to modify the incentive program at any time. A legible copy of the sales receipt must be provided prior to issuance of any rebate. I certify that the information on this application is true and correct and that I have read, understood, and agree to the Water Conservation Program Guidelines. Once the existing system is modified, I agree to properly maintain the system to keep it working at its most efficient level.
