The City Clerk’s office is dedicated to providing an array of quality services to the public, including, but not limited to, the following:

Agendas and Minutes
Supervisor of City Elections
Cemetery Records
Charter and Code of Ordinances
Municipal Liens and Special Assessments 
Records Management

Additionally, the City Clerk maintains custody of the municipal seal, attests to and signs official contracts and documents, maintains receipt of legal documents, and administers and records oaths-of-office.
