New Service
Setting up a new account is as easy as stopping by our offices, filling out an application for service, and making a deposit. For each account, we require the new customer to fill out a customer application and place the applicable deposit on the account. Our office is located in the City Hall Annex, at 150 East 5th St in downtown Apopka (32703). We accept applications from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. For same day service, you will need to be there before 3:00pm.
The residential deposit can range anywhere from $50 - $120, depending on the services provided.
A connection fee of $10 will be billed to your first month's bill.
Services we provide are water, sewer and garbage pick up.
