Commercial Facilites
A commercial facility is generally a facility that; Prepares, serves, sells, and distributes food (Retail Food Service Establishments) that contain:
- Carbonaceous Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD)
- Fats
- Grease (FOG)
- Oils
- Total Suspended Solids (TSS)
Oil & Grease Management Program (OGMP)
All facilities must complete and return the application for determination of placement either in the OGMP or Surcharge Programs. If you have any questions please contact this office. You will also need to schedule an appointment for the initial inspection of your facility.
Fees
Automotive Facilities
Automotive facilities (car washes, see Industrial Pretreatment) can discharge:
- Antifreeze
- Debris
- Other Types of Pollutants
- Petroleum Hydrocarbons
- Sand/Grit
- Solvents
New Automotive Facilities
All new automotive facilities are required to have and maintain Oil-Water separators. Facilities that discharge "zero" pollutants, where the oils, anti-freeze, and solvents are kept in a contained unit and then pumped out for recycling and or hazardous disposal are not required to have a separator.
Dental Facilities
Silver or Silver Rich Facilities (S-R)
These facilities are generally process film where silver-rich solution is used in developing. S-R facilities are required to separate, contain, and properly dispose silver-rich solutions.
